One Month Old

Wow Lilah is a month old! Josh & I made it through the first month of being parents, LOL.  Looking back this first month has flown by, some days (and nights) felt very long, but we wouldn't trade one minute.  We are extremely blessed to have Lilah as our daughter.

Her one month doctor's appointment isn't until next Monday, so I am not sure of what she weighs.  She is starting to be awake more during the day, starting to "talk" to us and smile at us a little bit. She is a very good eater...she already eats 4 oz every 3-4 hours.  She sleeps in 4 hour stretches most nights.  Holding her head up really well also.

The upcoming months are going to be exciting & filled with lots of new things in our house

April Showers Brought Us This May Flower

Lilah Grace made her appearance on May 26th!  We went to the OB on Friday, May 25th for my 41 week appointment for a sonogram.  Well....my fluid level was down so they sent us directly to labor & delivery to be induced and that was around noon.  After a long labor Lilah was born by c-section at 3:08am on May 26th weighing 9lbs 3oz and 21.25 inches long.
