11 Months Old

One month from today this little girl is going to be 1!  Ady Jean is such a happy little girl.  She gets so excited when she sees us, speed crawls right over.  She and Lilah are great buddies most of the time....they are very sweet together.

Ady can stand for a few seconds by herself, cruises along the furniture....still thinking she may be walking by her first birthday or least have taken a few steps.  Completely eating table food and she is a big eater, very close to being done with formula.  No new teeth, but so close to some new ones coming through.  She has a few favorite toys but nothing she is really attached to yet.  She has great giggle and has learned "How Big is Ady"

Can't wait for her party!!

Love One Another (Happy Valentines Day)

We had a simple and wonderful day together as a family.  Josh and I decided that we aren't going to exchange cards or gifts - there are other things we would rather spend money.....like our girls.  But I did get the girls some little things.  I want them to grow up believing that Valentine's Day is a fun time and it is a special day to spend with ones we love, not how big a gift you get from the ones who love you.

I am not the type to put the girls in matching outfits, but occasionally I do and Lilah likes when they match....might as well enjoy while they don't mind.

For dinner we went to Uncle Ed & Aunt Carol's to get haircuts and fried chicken for dinner. Lilah loves playing with her cousins, especially Blake & Isaiah.

We ended the day with bathtime and a bedtime snack........

Tea Party

Having not had a sister, it is fun for me to see these two become friends (hopefully). Lilah can be very protective Ady, a majority of the time they play great together.

Today the girls and I were home because Lilah had a horrible cold, Ady & I weren't far behind.  Lilah decided they should have a tea party, Ady was into for a fair amount of time.

Winter Wonders

Life at the Miller house has been very low key....it has been really nice. We have been home every weekend hanging out around the house. Josh & I have been bit by the clean out and organizing bug - planning on having a big yardsale in the spring. If we don't use or need it - out the door it goes (actually into the attic until the spring).
