Birthday Weekend

Lilah's birthday was wonderful...she looked like she had a great time.  We had a busy, but very fun weekend celebrating with our families.

On Saturday we picked Aunt Stacie & Gianna up from the airport, they flew up from South Carolina to celebrate with us.  We then headed to Nana's house to get ready for the party on Sunday.  Lilah & Gianna seem to have a great time playing together, looking forward to when they are both a little older and are interacting even more.  They are just so cute together.

takes a little bit to warm up

So excited to see Aunt Stacie!
Sunday was the big day! Mom-mom, Nana, Aunt Stacie & Grandma helped us get everything together.  We didn't have particular theme, the colors were pink, green & purple.

We decided to give Lilah some of her birthday gifts early to spread out the fun throughout the day...

Very bright future

Got her first baby doll, Dora the Explorer from Mom-mom
Thanks to Aunt Carol for making Lilah's little cake and the cupcakes.

Lilah wasn't a big fan of the cake, maybe later she will come to like cake & icing.  We will keep trying :)

Opening all of her presents, Lilah got a lot of clothes and few toys - perfect amount.  We are really blessed to have such wonderful families & friends.

Nana got a bounce house obstacle course for the kids and boy was that hit!  Thanks Nana!!

Finally we had to take Aunt Stacie & Gianna back to the airport to fly home on Monday, but we stopped at Cracker Barrel on the way for breakfast
