Two Years Old

Birth Day
1st Birthday
2nd Birthday
Two years have flown by, all weekend I have been remembering when Lilah Grace was born.  We are so thankful that God gave her to us, she has brought a lot of joy and laughter into our house.  She is very outgoing, says Hi to everyone when we are in stores, she will sometimes play shy though. She loves to play outside. She loves to give hugs. She has adjusted really well to having a little sister and not being the center of attention any more.  She weighs 22.6 lbs (5th percentile) and is 32 inches tall (19th percentile).....our little peanut.

Lilah's Favorite Things....
Favorite Show - Doc McStuffins
Favorite Food - Mac n'cheese
Favorite piece of clothing - her boots, wants to wear them everyday
Favorite Toys - Blanket, Balls & Babydolls
Favorite Fruit - grapes
Favorite Veggie - Peas
Favorite snack - fruit snacks
Favorite person - Daddy, definitely a daddy's girl (I completely understand)

Funny Things Lilah says....
Dye instead of Bye
I do, Ok
Oooh my eye
Ssshhh baby seeping (no L)
I get da ball (most common thing that she says)
Go ouside
Here ya go Mom
Calls Aunt Stacie "Mom-mom"
Calls Grandma "Mom"
She says Hi & Bye Dave to the minions in our front yard
After we say Hi or Bye, she will say You Too
Pet da baby, there is more but can't remember them all.

Since we had her party yesterday, we had a simple day today.  She woke up this morning in the best mood, so happy.  We went to get breakfast at Dunkin Donuts, had her other favorite food for lunch - hotdogs, for dinner her favorite food - mac n'cheese & fruit and we went to Sweet Frog for dessert.  It was a wonderful day of celebrating Lilah Grace.

Happy Birthday Lilah Grace

We had absolutely perfect weather today for Lilah's party....everything went really well, plenty food and fun.  Lilah had a great time with her cousins and was given lots of great presents.  Our little girl is loved by so many family & friends.

2 Months Old

Wow, these 2 months have flown by.....I forgot how quickly the little ones change.

Ady smiles all the time, her eyes light up and she has a dimple on left cheek.
She is definitely a snuggler, she loves to be held close to your body and calms down right away.
She loves her binky.
She loves to eat (drink), but is a slow eater.
She started sleeping 8-9 hrs a night the week before I went back to work. (Like her sister...Thank God!)
She decided to wake up again in the middle of the night my first 2 days back to work.
She is settling in great going to Grandma's everyday with Lilah.
She weighs ?(find out tomorrow)

I have to say that the adjustment to having two kids hasn't been too bad, we have all settled into a great routine - so excited for the future and to see Ady's personality develop over the months & years.

Happy Mother's Day (weekend)!

We had a very busy Mother's Day weekend.....lots of time with family and in the car :).

On Friday we headed over to the Eastern Shore to see Mom-mom and spend the night at her house.

Playing ball with daddy
"Hi Mom-mom"
"Here I come Mom-mom"

Eskimo kisses

Lilah brought me some flowers

Ady smiles quite a lot now, so cute

On Saturday we went to the GT Memorial diabetes walk and saw more family.  GT is Josh's cousin who passed away from diabetes 8 years ago.  We raise money for the American Diabetes Association to help them find a cure for diabetes in memory of GT.

Ready to walk ( & ride some too)

Daddy did some face painting

Mother's Day morning we continued our tradition of meeting Grandma and Uncle Brendan's family for breakfast at Bob Evans.

We then headed back to the Eastern Shore to go to Nana's house....we unfortunately we got stuck in traffic at the toll booth to cross the bay bridge for over an hour.

Tired of being in the car
