It started very early this morning, our spring snowstorm. There had been talk of it all weekend, but I was hoping it wouldn't happen :)....but it did. Woke up to snow on the ground, the weathermen didn't think it was going to be a big deal the snow plows weren't even ready so the roads were pretty bad on the way to work. Yes I agree the snow is very pretty, but I am just not a big fan of winter weather and we are ready for warm weather and being able to play outside with Lilah.
When we got home today Josh shoveled the driveway, when he was done wanted Lilah and I to come outside too...according to Josh "Sometime when you are an adult (parent) you have to do things you are not a big fan of like going out in the snow". He had built a "Lilah-size" snowman and wanted to get some pictures of her with the the snowman. I failed to get pictures of Lilah during her first snow which was on Christmas eve, but at least we got pictures during her first winter.

I agree with you- I would've wanted to stay inside! But good for Josh for making ya'll get out there because the photos (and I'm sure the memories) are worth it! So stinkin' cute!
ReplyDeleteI love the snowman pictures! Totally worth a cold behind, in my opinion. And, I think you've got a ornery little girl on your hands. Her face when she got caught in the cabinet is priceless!
